Yes. There is no fee to register.
Are there some hidden costs to this program after I sign up?
No. After you purchase your home, you receive your Amazon Move-In Benefit, courtesy of Realogy, based o the value of the home you purchase. The smart products are shipped directly to your new home. The Amazon Home Services are provided in the for of an Amazon gift card.
Can I select the home services I want?
Yes, you can select the services you want using the gift ccard credit value you receive as part of your Amazon Move-In Benefit.

The TurnKey Program is offered through licensed real estate brokers affiliated with Realogy's brands - which include Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty and ERA - to parties purchasing homes in metropolitan areas of Seattle, Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Minneapolis, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Tampa, Orlando, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Washington D.C. All real estate brokerage components of this program are managed and offered by those licensed real estate brokers listed above. Amazon is providing products and services to homebuyers, but is not sponsoring any brokerage component nor providing any brokerage services in connection with this program. The value of the Amazon products to be provided is based on the sales price of the purchased home and cannot exceed $5,000 per home purchase.
